Technique de vinificationHarvest of grapes dedicated to rosé wines is done early in the morning in order to avoid oxidation of juice and developp aromas from the "terroir" After a soft press at low pressure, juice are clarified at low temperature during 48 hours. Then fermentation is done at 15°C for approximately 3 weeks.
Dégustation

This wine is clear and exhibit a litchee color. Its nose is fruity and intense. It has a bright entry, shading toward pleasant, complex flavors of mandarin orange, and with red and black berries that develop in the mouth.
