White Cuvée Brin de Mimosa

This wine is elegant, aromatic and rare. It is obtained from our best terroir's plot of lands.

CompositionThe Brin de mimosa cuvée 2011 is made with Rolle grape (also called Vermentino). This cuvée has obtained awards for many years.
Technique de vinification

A first maceration is performed before fermentation and allow to extract aromas precursors. Pressing is done at low pressure and high pressure juices are discarded. A part of the fermentation is done in inox tanks at low temperature and aonther part in new oak barrels.  Then both part are blended to obtain a round wine with intenses aromas.

DégustationWith an elegant pale- green hue, this clear wine reveals an intense nose with aromas of white fruit. In the mouth, the attack is brilliant and crisp, revealing overtones of citrus and vanilla. It has a generous and pleasant finish.
